Dave is the founder and a director of the Team Cabling Group. Dave is a Registered Electrician with forty-one years industry experience, while also holding a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Massey University. Dave is actively involved in the wider electrical industry and is a past President of Master Electricians Auckland, having completed a five-year tenure on the inaugural board of Master Electricians NZ. Additionally, Dave served on the Board of Skills NZ for eighteen months in their director development programme. Dave is currently a mentor in the Skills Building Business Ambition programme, assisting business owners to develop their business and planning skills.

Dave is passionate about improving mental health outcomes for workers within the construction sector and delivers presentations throughout Australasia on the subject. Dave was a proud recipient of the Kalmar Mental Health and Well-being award at the 2019 Site Safe Awards.
