Rawhiti Estate

The intention was to build a luxury facility, reflecting the opulence of a bygone era. Our brief to showcase that with lighting. Our lighting engineering team quickly decided to attempt to hide the lighting wherever practical and showcase the incredible architecture and timber features of their grand atrium.

The entire facility was state of the art, with onsite back generators and UPS to ensure the facility was operational 100% of the time. Our Design Build Electrical Engineers designed all the power and lighting systems for the care suites, apartments, common areas and exterior lighting.

During the build phase of the project our onsite experienced electricians and electrical engineers worked closely to ensure the project was delivered to the highest standards to reflect the outcome client.

Rawhiti Estate was recognized with two Master Electricians Excellence Awards and a commendation from the Illumination Engineering Society of New Zealand and Australia. High praise indeed when the competition was from some of the largest international Electrical Engineering organisations.

Our main objective was to deliver and exceed the client’s brief. We were proud to have done so.
