Alexandra Park Apartments is situated in the heart of Auckland's Trotting Club and was an open tender and engineered project. At the time it was one of the largest apartment projects in New Zealand. This high-profile project suffered significant delays and engineering difficulties. Despite the challenging environment, Team Cabling achieved every project milestone on time.

Due to these unforeseen projects delays and additional costs, Team Cabling was asked to value engineer the lighting on the project. We were tasked with a highly technical brief with strict instructions to maintain quality. We managed to tick every box and provided over hundreds of thousands savings to the client. This project was a great achievement for all involved
